My biggest challenge to date: how to fill the 155m-long Turbine Hall at the Tate Modern and come in under budget and on time? I am constantly striving for that Sense Of Wow, and from the moment I handed a condom filled with weak Ribena to the PVC engineers whose job it was to make a 147m-long version, it has been a case of moving gradually through the various stages of my Journey Of Wow to achieve the final result. I am very proud of it. The length is tremendous.
